Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. 2022-269 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,
California, reciting the facts of the General Municipal Election held on November 8, 2022,
certifying the election results, and such other matters as provided by law.

The next joint regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council and the Mayor and City Council
Acting as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency will be held on January 18,
2022 at the Feldheym Central Library located at 555 West 6th Street, San Bernardino, California
92401. Closed Session will begin at 5:30 p.m. and Open Session will begin at 7:00 p.m.

MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DATE: December 20, 2022
SUBJECT: Special Meeting on Wednesday, December 21, 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting has been called, with
consensus of the City Council, for Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
Said meeting shall be for the purpose of the following:
1. Certifying Results of the General Municipal Election held on Tuesday, November 8,
2022
2. Recognition of Mayor John Valdivia
3. Administer Oaths of Office and Present Certificates of Election to
Council Member Ward 1, Council Member Ward 2, Council Member Ward 4,
and Mayor
ADJOURNMENT
The Mayor and City Council and the Mayor and City Council Acting as the Successor Agency to
the Redevelopment Agency will adjourn to the regular meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2022.
Closed Session will begin at 5:30 p.m. and Open Session will begin at 7:00 p.m.
