Correction to Recommendation
The City Manager has requested a correction to the Recommendation for Agenda Item
#8 on the City Council Agenda for the meeting of September 15, 2021. This correction
will also be addressed in public by the City Manager at the meeting.
The recommendation currently reads:
3. Directing the Mayor to execute the settlement agreements and authorize the City
Manager and the Director of Community and Economic Development to fully
implement the terms of the settlement agreements.
The request is to approve the following correction:
