The Special Meeting of the Mayor and City Council and San Bernardino Municipal
Water Board of the City of San Bernardino was called to order by Mayor R. Carey Davis
at 4:05 PM, Monday, November 20, 2017, in the Council Chambers, San Bernardino,

CLOSED SESSION
Susan Longville, President of San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District,
expressed support to the leadership in the room that have continued to support the
usage of recycled water in urban areas and whom have provided input to the
considerations for the meeting agenda and stated that we have the right leaders to work
together as neighbors to find efficiencies for the public that we serve.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision
(d) of Government Code Section 54956.9

3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:14 P.M. The next joint regular meeting of the Mayor
and City Council and the Mayor and City Council Acting as the Successor
Agency to the Redevelopment Agency will be held on Wednesday, December 6,
2017, in the Council Chamber located at 201 North E Street, San Bernardino,
California 92401. Closed Session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and Open Session will
begin at 5:00 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the San Bernardino Municipal Water Board is
scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. in the Margaret H.
Chandler Water Reclamation Plant Conference Room, 399 Chandler Place, San
Bernardino, California.
