called to order by Council Member Marquez at 5:14 PM, Thursday, November 15, 2018,
in the Norton Regional Event Center, Main Auditorium, 1601 East Third Street, San
Bernardino, CA 92408.

at 201 North “E” Street, San Bernardino, California 92401. Closed Session will
begin at 4:00 p.m. and Open Session will begin at 5:00 p.m.
