The Special Meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino was
called to order by Mayor R. Carey Davis at 1:33 PM, Monday, September 10, 2018, in
the Council Chamber, 201 North "E" Street, San Bernardino, CA.

DISCUSSION
1. Rebranding Initiative
The Mayor and Council participated in a discussion regarding the City of San
Bernardino image and brand with Westbound Communications. This session
mirrored focus groups already conducted with citizen groups.
No action was taken.
CLOSED SESSION
2. Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Government Code 54957)

3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m. to the next joint regular meeting of the
Mayor and City Council and the Mayor and City Council Acting as the Successor
Agency to the Redevelopment Agency, Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at
4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at 201 N. E Street, San Bernardino,
California 92401. Closed Session will begin at 4:00 p.m. and Open Session will
begin at 5:00 p.m.
