Approve Final Tract Map 16502 Beazer Homes Holding Corporation Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-178 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, approving Final Map for Tract No. 16502 (Subdivision 03-10) involving the subdivision of a parcel containing approximately 14.4 acres into forty (40) separate parcels (38 single-family residential lots and 2 drainage basin lots) located northwest of the intersection of W. Ohio Avenue and N. Magnolia Avenue within Residential Low (RL) Zone, accepting the public dedications as set forth on said map; and authorizing execution of the standard form of agreement for the subdivision improvements. Authorize Agreement with Phoenix Group Information Systems for Parking Citation Processing Services Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-179 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement between the City of San Bernardino and Phoenix Group Information Systems for parking citation processing for FY2018/19 with the option for three one-year renewals.
