Carey Davis City Building official Todd Morris accepted a mayoral proclamation naming May Building & Safety Month. gn 3. Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Presentation — Mr. Michael Tsai Mr. Tsai spoke about the work the Foundation has done in San Bernardino, including a free health clinic character education and a mobile pantry, mostly with c volunteers from Los Angeles and asked for local volunteers. a a 4. San Bernardino Valley College Neighborhood Association Presentation -- Mr. Jim Eble c°0 Jim Eble gave a presentation about the San Bernardino Valley College Neighborhood and asked people to volunteer for the Neighborhood Association Council of San Bernardino. Retirement Resolution: Gregory C. Devereaux — San Bernardino County CEO — Council Member Henry Nickel Council Member Nickel presented outgoing CAO Greg Devereaux with a proclamation. Mr. Devereaux spoke about his work in the county and in particular in working with San Bernardino as it navigated bankruptcy. a 7.
