Justification/Reason for Request
Barbara Sladek has extensive background in the Parks, Recreation, and Community a
Services Departments budgets and various accounts covering the general fund to our
grants accounts. She has wide-spread knowledge of budget creation, tracking, and
reporting and will be a key player to our department to ensure that meet all requirements
from finance and any potential auditors. She will be filling the vacant Administrative
Analyst position in our department

- The Public Works Department has a vacancy for a Construction Inspector 1. ~
Public Works must fill the vacancies to provide sufficient staff for the constant
development and growth of the City. E
- Mr. Toczek will be coming to the City with very extensive experience and
knowledge in an Inspector capacity. Mr. Toczek has over 15 years of experience a
as an Inspector.
- Step 11 is being requested for Mr. Toczek because of his lengthy background as
an Inspector. His background and knowledge in the field of Construction
Inspecting will be very helpful and much needed in the position of Construction
Inspector I.
