Bids for maintenance of landscaping in Assessment
District No. 1017 were received at 2 : 00 p.m. , Tuesday 11-19-96 .
A total of 8 bids were received, ranging from $6 , 861 . 00
to $26 , 155 . 00 . The low bid of $6 , 861 . 00 is 68 . 9% below the Engi-
neer ' s Estimate of $22 , 100 . 00 .
Below is the total estimated annual cost, based upon the
actual low bid price:
