STAFF REPORT
Bids, for the installation of a handicap ramp and remodel
restroom, for the Council Chambers, were received at 2 : 00 p.m. ,
Tuesday, November 12 , 1996 .
A total of 5 bids were received, ranging from $59 , 350 . 00
to $98 , 055 . 00 . The low bid of $59 , 350 . 00 is 20 . 8% below the
Architect/Engineer ' s estimate of $74 , 960 . 00 .
Below is the total estimated project cost based upon the
actual low bid price:

Inspection & Contract Administration 3 , 000
