Drive, at Littlefield/Shultis Park, in accordance with Plan No.
9591 be approved; and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be
authorized to advertise for bids .

STAFF REPORT
Plans for installation of street improvements on Kendall
Drive, at Little field/Shultis Park, have been prepared and the
project is ready to be advertised for bids . The project
consists, in general , of installing curb and gutter, paving and
conduit for future street lights .
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 46 , 468
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #7054) 4 , 000
Sub-Total $ 50 , 468
Contingencies (10%) ± 4 , 532
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 55 , 000
All costs incurred for this project will be financed from
the $55 , 000 allocated under Account No. 126-369-5504-7054 .
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
