There is an item that I need to read into the record.
The agenda for today's meeting was published last
Monday on April 11, 2016. That agenda has one
item listed under Closed Session, Section C,
conference with legal counsel regarding anticipated
litigation pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(d)(4).
That lawsuit was filed after the posting of the
agenda.
Therefore, the item will be discussed under Closed
Session, Section A, conference with legal counsel
regarding existing litigation pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(a) and (d)(1).
The name of the case is: City of San Bernardino v.
San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, et
al.
The case is San Bernardino Superior Court Case
