STAFF REPORT
Each year, the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to
consider the City's Annual Budget. This year, each department will
make a brief presentation regarding its budget and the services
that will be provided in the coming year. The Council will also be
considering options available to address the projected General Fund
budget deficit.
The following dates and times are proposed for this year's
deliberations regarding the Fiscal Year 1998-99 budget:
Wednesday, June 10 at 9: 00 a.m.
Wednesday, June 17 at 9: 00 a.m.
Monday, June 22 at 9: 00 a.m.
Monday, June 29 at 9: 00 a.m.
At the Mayor's request, all meetings will be held in the EDA Board
Room.
Recommendations
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council approve the proposed
dates for the FY 1998-99 budget deliberations.
