Award of Contract
Replacement of Restroom Buildings in
Meadowbrook Park and Nunez Park
Bids for replacement of restroom buildings in Meadowbrook Park
and Nunez Park were opened at 2 : 00 p.m. , Tuesday, 10-15-96 .
A total of 9 bids were received, ranging from $160 , 965 . 00 to
$257 , 742 . 00 . The low bid of $160 ,965 . 00 is 33 . 8% under the
Engineer ' s Estimate of $243 , 250 . 00 .
Below is an estimate of the total project cost, based upon the
actual low bid price.
