Description) Finance: Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No. CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT On April 4, 1995, the Board of Water Commissioners accepted a water line easement prepared by Ronald Bundy, P. E. , who represented Development Design Source for a water line easement through the Prime Line project located on Industrial Parkway (APN 266-051-09) . The original waterline easement provided to us by the developer was incorrect and has been replaced by a corrected, properly executed easement. The receiving owner of the property has requested the quitclaim of the erroneous easement to preclude the potential for future problems. The replacement waterline easement is in place. A Quitclaim Deed for the incorrect water line easement has been prepared and checked by the City of San Bernardino's Real Property Section and our Water Department Engineering Section. A corrected water line easement has been filed on or about June 20, 1996 with the County of San Bernardino as Instrument No. 96-218097 . Attached is the Quitclaim Deed and the revised water line easement. 1 RESOL 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A 4 QUITCLAIM DEED OF A WATERLINE EASEMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACROSS CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF INDUSTRIAL 5 PARKWAY. 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1.
