approved.
June, 1996- Allocation of $20 , 000 for reconstruction of a portion
of Rancho Avenue , and $20 , 000 for street improvements
on Pennsylvania Avenue, north of Base Line Street,
approved in 1996/97 Gas Tax Budget.
Recommended motion:
That the plans for construction of street improvements on portions
of Rancho Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Kendall Drive, in
accordance with Plan No. 9537 , be approved; and the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids.

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Plans for construction of street improvements on portions of
Rancho Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Kendall Drive, have been
completed and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The
project consists, in general , of reconstructing a portion of Rancho
Avenue at Belleview Avenue to improve drainage, installing street
improvements on Pennsylvania Avenue, north of Base Line Street, and
installing street improvements on Kendall Drive, east of Devil ' s
Creek Channel .
Below is an estimate of the total project cost.
