MOTION: That the Mayor and Common Council and the Community
Development Commission recess to closed session for
the following:
Conference with legal counsel - anticipated litigation -
significant exposure to litigation - pursuant to subdivision
(b) of Government Code Section 54956 . 9 .
2 . San Bernardino International Airport Authority. (See
Attached)

Aon_of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
1!' Bernardino "approving a certain loan agreement with the San
Bernardino International Airport Authority and members of said
Joy Authority and acknowledging certain obligations incurred by
the City of San Bernardino pursuant to a joint powers
agreement establishing the San Bernardino International
Airport Authority.
MOTION: That full reading of the resolution be waived; and
that said resolution be adopted.

of San Bernardino, California, amending Resolution No. 5493 _
,Q �d relative to its commitment to provide a guaranty of a certain
obligation of the City of San Bernardino.

MOTION: That full reading of the resolution be waived; and
that said resolution be adopted.
3 . Proposed actions relative to demolition of properties at Arden
and Guthrie area. (See Attached)

MOTION #1: That the Council ratify the actions of the
City Administrator relative to the issuance of
purchase orders for demolition costs related
to six properties at Arden Guthrie area in an
amount of $149, 255; and
MOTION #2 : That the City Administrator be authorized to
execute the necessary purchase orders to
demolish the remaining structures in the Arden
Guthrie area in an amount not to exceed
$350, 000; and

MOTION #3 : That the Community Development Commission
reimburse the City for all costs incurred in
connection with demolition of the structures
in the Arden Guthrie area.
4 . Adjournment .
MOTION: That the meeting be adjourned.
NOTE: The next regular meeting is scheduled for 8 : 00 a.m. ,
Monday, October 7, 1996, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
