Clark, City Clerk DATE : August 29, 1996 RE : Designation of Voting Delegate for League of California Cities Annual Conference October 13-15, 1996, Anaheim, California. The League of California Cities Annual Conference is scheduled for Sunday, October 13 through Tuesday, October 15, 1996, in Anaheim. According to the League, one very important aspect of the Annual Conference is the General Business Meeting when the membership takes action on conference resolutions . Annual Conference resolutions guide cities and the League in efforts to improve the quality, responsiveness and vitality of local government in California. To expedite the conduct of business at the above-referenced policy- making meeting, the League has requested that each City designate a voting representative and an alternate who will be present at the General Business Meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 1996 at 9 :30 a.m. at the Anaheim Convention Center. 75-0264
