Dept: CITY ATTORNEY Legal Services Between the City of San Bernardino
Date: March 1, 1995 and the Law Firm of Mundell, Odltun & Haws
Synopsis of Previous Council action:
The Council has voted in closed session to retain the firm of
Mundell , Odlum & Haws to represent the City in the litigation entitled
Dean Meech v. City of San Bernardino, et al , San Bernardino Superior Court
Case No. SCV 18049 . The attached resolution and agreement memoralize that
action.
Recommended motion:
Adopt resolution.
