03/22/77 Execution of ten vear lease with Diocese of San Diego for $1 .00 per
year-. From May 16, 1977 to May 15, 1987.
08/01/82 Execution of five year- lease with Guadalupe Child Deve I opmeni
Center (who took over lease from Diocese of Sari Diego) For $75.00
per month. Provo August: 1 , 1982 through July 31 , 1987.
08/01/H7 Fxecution of five year lease with GuadaI upe Child Development
Center. $75.00 per month. From August 1 , 1987 through July 31 ,
1992.

STAFF REPORT
The 3 temporary classrooms at Nunez Park have been leased to the Guadalupe Child
Development Center since 1982.
The previous leases were for seventy-five dollars per month rental ($75.00) . After
Staff discussion with Mr. Ruben G. Regalado, Director of Guadalupe Child Development
Center, it was decided that the lease amount be raised to $100.00 per mont.h.
As the center has been operating without a lease for the past two years, the lease is
written to cover the elapsed period - August 1, 1992 through July 31 , 1997. Mr .
Regalado has paid the rent through May 15, 1995.
Staff recommends that the lease be renewed for a period of five years at a lease rate
of $100.00 per month.
