LES FOGASS , airman Employee Recognition Selection Committee C� CI 'T' Y OF SAN BERNARDINO INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM TO: ALL DEPARTMENTS FROM: LES FOGASSY, Chairman Employee Recognition Selection Committee SUBJECT: EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS FOR 4TH QUARTER OF 1994 DATE: March 2, 1995 COPIES: Shauna Clark, City Administrator; Mayor's Office; Personnel ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Employee Recognition Selection Committee receives quarterly nominations for selection of four recipients of an Employee of the Quarter Award in the Management/Confidential, Mid-Management, Safety and General Employee categories. Nominations, which are submitted by Department Heads, are given consideration based upon on or more of the following guidelines: 1) Performance at a significantly higher level than is normally expected of the employee's classification. 2) Rendering a particular talent or skill not generally included in the employee's function. 3) Performance "above and beyond" the call of duty in an emergency situation. 4) Making a substantial contribution to San Bernardino which enhances the prestige of public service and City Government. 5) Action by the employee that improves relations among the City, other agencies or community groups. On March 1, 1995, the Employee Recognition Selection Committee met to review the following nominations for the 4th quarter of 1994: AURORA MENDOZA, Library; DEBBIE NADEAU, Administration; GLENDA BURNETT, Parks, Rec. & Comm.
