STAFF REPORT
At the December 19, 1994 Council meeting, the Mayor and Common
Council approved an amendment to Resolution No. 6413, Section
Eleven, Middle-Management Employees.
Establishment of the new classification, Recycling Coordinator,
Public Services Department, was approved at the June 21, 1993
meeting of the Mayor and Common Council with the salary set at
Range 2393, $3, 149-$3,827 per month. Per the Middle-Management
Employee Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) , Article III, Section,
1, Wages, a two percent (2%) salary increase shall become effective
January 1, 1995 for all members of the unit. Accordingly, the new
salary is set at Range 2397, $3,215-$3 ,908 per month.
The attached resolution is updated to reflect this particular
action.
