STAFF REPORT
At the December 19, 1994 Council meeting, the Mayor and Common
Council approved Resolution No. 6413 , Sections Five, Fourteen and
Twelve: Confidential and Management Employees.
In Section Fourteen, the position of Assistant Director/Division
Chief (JTPA) (U) was inadvertently placed at the same salary range
as Division Chief (JTPA) , Range 4409, $3414-$4149/month. Based on
the salary survey conducted by Personnel Concepts, Inc. , the
Assistant Director/Division Chief (JTPA) should be established at
Range 4449, $4167-$5065/month.
Attached is the amended Resolution 6413 , Section Fourteen:
Management Employees, which includes the Assistant Director/
Division Chief (JTPA) (U) .
