Vernon Avenue Storm Drain, show the alignment traversing the easterly 20-25 feet of Casa Ramona and the Ramona Senior Complex. An easement will be required to allow the construction, operation and maintenance of this storm drain across these parcels. The proposed Agreement states that Casa Ramona and Ramona Senior Complex will grant the necessary easements, at no cost, and the City will replace any and all improvements removed to facilitate construction of the storm drain. These improvements will consist of planting about four (4) 24 inch box trees, to replace those removed, and reinstalling the playground equipment items that will be in conflict with the storm drain construction. We recommend that the Agreement be approved. 75-0264 s1 PI V H.W. Corner Lot 9 3 Nofhing Fd•or Set.
