STAFF REPORT
A program supplement is used by the Federal Highway
Administration to obligate Federal-Aid funds to a project.
Program Supplement No. 81 will serve to obligate $40 , 000,
in Federal-Aid Hazard Elimination Safety Funds to finance 100% of
the cost for installation of left turn phases on Waterman Avenue
at Gilbert Street.
We recommend that Program Supplement No. 81 be approved.
