RESOLUTIONS MOTION: That the following resolutions be adopted. Administration 10. Resolution of the City of San Bernardino authorizing the execution of an agreement to jointly fund consulting services by and between the City of San Bernardino, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of San Bernardino and the Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino and Simon and Company. NOTICE: Any member of the public may address this meeting of the Mayor and Common Council on any item appearing on the agenda, by approaching the microphone in the Council Chambers when the item about which the member desires to speak is called, and by asking to be recognized.
