(See Attached) Ward 3 MOTION: That the City Engineer and City Clerk be U��/ authorized to initiate proceedings for the expansion of boundaries of Assessment District No. 981 (Meridian & Randall Area Landscape Maintenance District) under the provisions of Chapter 12 . 90. 060 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code and Section 3113 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. (8; Authorization to proceed -- extension of city-wide Assessment District No. 994 -- street lighting and street sweeping.
