Description) Finance: Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No. CITY OF SAN BERN, IDINO - REQUEST F R COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT A petition has been received by this office requesting the formation of an assessment district for the maintenance of landscaping along Burney Street in tentative Tract No. 15093 lying between Mill Street and Poplar Street, and East of Pepper Avenue. The assessment will include maintenance of landscaping, energy costs, and administrative costs. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to be assessed for the proposed maintenance.
