Q JUNIOR UNIVERSITY P.O.Box 8471 San Bernardino,CA 92412 714.889-0833 February 8, 1993 John Kramer San Bernardino City Parks and Recreation Department 300 North D Street San Bernardino, CA 92418 Dear Mr. Kramer, Junior University, a non-profit organization, will again present our family summer theater at Roosevelt Bowl in Perris Hill Park. This, our 31st year, production will be "Peter Pan" and our dates will be July 23 through August 7, 1993. We are expecting attendance of Inland Empire residents to exceed 18, 000. We are again requesting that the City accept the Junior University' s payment of the insurance premium in lieu of the rental fees for the use of Roosevelt Bowl. Junior University is providing a $1 ,000,000.00 comprehensive liability policy that also covers the City. The premium on this policy is very costly and additional expense of rental costs would make our financial arrangements extremely difficult. We appreciate your consideration in this matter and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, 1 (Jer y Lo , P esid t Bo0a d o Dire cto s , _
