The assessment will include the construction of sewers and appurtenant facilities, administrative costs and the cost for the acquisition of easements. The signatures affixed to the referenced petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the properties liable to be assessed for the proposed construction. Included in the district are those properties from which easements will be required, but will be nil assessed. It is proposed that the construction costs will be paid for out of the sewer construction fund which will then be reimbursed through assessments over a period of 10 years. Since the proposed district was requested by 100% of the owners, it is recommended that authorization to proceed be granted. 75-0264 Po►: John Floncock Survey, M. a 2142 27C 5J Bow` ' 4.6Z 4C MIL 9 - Cooei p N B` 0 e- 2 C ? `^ 4741 ` 1.96 7aC. 1 0 6 j10 24 ' d, Par-I ► Ne SGp I,t Abet Y 6 AiLJ JJ fly ti ••ii O %are .r ? 6 . 3 Par-2 u 0 a C . 5 1.11 Ac t s - q 1.17 3 ¢ 57 n'• t 9 C 4.6 AC) to 10 o w o i y 1 s 41 a, 45 0 3.9 1.46 AC I 1 Al , IT-- IAC t f1.545AQI6s 2.16 AC 39 e G ,\ G 12 37 +' • Q n 43 x C of PFAOPO.Sat) (1.01?A 0 33 c 34 .3 4. 3 ) 33 . 4 \ \ .23 AC is 1q 4, J P 1.96 AC. , 19 7 21 mb 41,_cVUE . .- Ul t3 i Q • _ _ 22 Parcel Map 6 53,P.M.71/[ r AC 8-29 N 1 '— 2f `
