Authorization to proceed -- establishment of the Quail Canyon Sewer Construction Assessment District. (See Attached) (Cost to City -- $75,000 from Sewer Line Construction Fund) Ward 4 NOTION: That the City Engineer and City Clerk be authorized to initiate proceedings for the 3 Z establishment of an assessment district under the provisions of Chapter 12 . 90 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code; and that the City Engineer be directed to prepare an Engineer's Report for the proposed construction of sewer and appurtenant facilities in Quail Canyon Court, Quail Hollow Road and in certain easements dedicated to the City of San Bernardino for sewer in the Quail Canyon area. 11. Approval of expenditure of funds -- $30, 630 -- for purchase of public access equipment. Acceptance of payment from the City of Highland of pro rata share of Highland Little League' s lighting costs at Patton Park on a one-time basis and waiver of costs through'June 30, 1993 . Authorize waiver of street banner application fee of $200 for St. Bernardine' s Transplant Center in recognition of National Organ Donor Awareness Week. Approval of request from 4th of July Committee for funding assistance in the amount of $35,812 for costs connected with the 4th of July celebration at Seccombe Lake Park. Personnel Actions. (See Attached) OTION: That the personnel actions submitted by the Chief Examiner dated March 24 , 1993 , in accordance with 3/Z Civil Service Rules and Personnel Policies adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino be approved and ratified. RESOLUTIONS MOTION: That the following resolutions be adopted. Civil Service U-18 Resolution of the City of San Bernardino authorizing the execution of an agreement with Dr. Lawrence Blum to conduct psychological examinations for the Police Department.
