Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract $ 13 , 420 Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1451) 2 , 315 Sub-Total $ 15 , 735 Contingencies (15%) ± 2 , 265 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 18,000 An amount of $62 , 608 has been allocated, under Account No. 251-684-53925_ , to finance the City' s 1/2 share of the cost. These funds will be used to finance 1/2 of the cost for the three properties whose owners volunteered to pay the other 1/2 . All costs for the fourth parcel will be assessed to the property owner, since the owner did not agree to pay 1/2 of the cost.
