CITY OF SAN BERN, WINO - REQUEST FR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
On February 13, 1995 Governor Wilson declared an emergency due to
the winter storms beginning February 13, 1995. On February 13,
1995 President Clinton provided a Presidential declaration of
emergency. As a result of this declaration the City is eligible
for partial reimbursement of storm-related expenses.
The attached resolution needs to be adopted by Council prior to
any funds being granted.
