S-1 Request for closed session to discuss pending litigation.
MOTION: That the Common Council recess to closed session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) ,to.
confer with its attorney regarding pending . '
litigation which has been initiated formally to
which the City is a party as follows:
DeNavarette vs . City of San Bernardino - Superior
Court Case No. 257365;
Jesus Jose Walker vs. City of San Bernardino:
Court of Appeals - Case No. E0O7285.
S-2 Resolution of the City of San Bernardino appointing election
officers and designating polling places pursuant to Section
2 .56 . 110 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code for the
Primary Municipal Election to be held March 5, 1991.

S-3 Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to
proceed with extending the sewer line at Roosevelt Street,
west of State Street and that the City participate in such
cost. (See Attached) Ward 6
