CITY OF SAN BERN/ ---"DINO - REQUEST FC ' COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
The County of San Bernardino is developing an Economic Development
G. I.S. (EDGIS) for the Agua Mansa Enterprise Zone, San Bernardino
International Airport and Trade center, and surrounding area.
The purpose is to provide prospective site users quick access to
all available information on these areas, with the intent of
retaining, expanding and attracting business.
The County will fund the multi-agency effort via their HUD CDBG
funds. The City will provide data from our G. I . S. free of charge.
The County will provide a copy of the developed EDGIS software and
database to the City at no charge. Both agencies will continue
this mutual exchange of data in the future, as necessary, to keep
a viable up-to-date database available to all contributing agencies
and the public.
The attached memorandum of understanding was developed to
facilitate this cooperative agreement.
