Council Notes: es Olds 75.0262 Agenda Item No. yrz CITY OF SAN BERNA.MINO - REQUEST FL-4 COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT A petition was received from the developer of Tract No. 10352/10352-3, to expand the boundaries of Assessment District No. 952, Zone 3, to include this subdivision . The subdivision adjoins the boundaries of Assessment District No.952, Zone 3, which was formed to maintain landscaping along portions of Northpark Boulevard, East of Little Mountain Drive. The boundaries of the district, as they now exist, splits this Tract, and this action is necessary to include all benefiting properties. The Engineer's Report, which has been filed with City Clerk and a copy attached, sets forth the proposed assessments if the boundaries of the district are expanded. There are no additional areas of maintenance being added to -the district. By expanding its boundaries, the assessments for the existing parcels within Zone 3 of the district will be reduced. The attached resolution sets forth the City's intent to expand the boundaries of the district, approves the Amended Boundary Map and waives notice and hearing. 100% of the owners of the property to be assessed have requested the district. Staff recommends adaption of the Resolution of Intention. i' N r W 7 W _ O N I W fffi/1011 in lit Wq , W s W fd N 1 t 1 1- r a o *„' •..Wpb. aslato / Z Y O / f. r111f10w )11_ `J Z U w D L N , II m a ; \, ¢ K c 0 < U < O 1 --- Z {L d N L Z 0 0 Q N CL z ` 11 _ ,- L) o i' } < N !, a c Z !! 4J Q O Ll 1; Z - 0 • • 't' OW Z e•I. `'i it n ' e W m W ~ o UL 20 s •-- n iI li ' as.aso 7111E W oil o -eix W c At s • t'g4 FBa 3a \ ; h S ' cc S y YS -------_ LuA7 1IN cG Ptoa Eo UL SLVD i i 1 4J VICINITY MAP PlmAs &vpWctm do Bdwve E c "f,&"A4 mvr jD1drm cr 9f2 rvs3 rvT11TT
