STAFF REPORT
Dr. Blum's agreement with the City to provide psychological
examinations for the Police Department has been in effect since
April 1, 1993 .
Attached is an amendment to the agreement covering the period April
1, 1993 through March 31, 1996, for Dr. Lawrence Blum to provide
psychological examinations for the Police Department. This
amendment to the agreement represents no increase in cost to the
City. The only change is the extension of the period covered in
the agreement.
