SUBJECT: Joint Meeting with City of Highland

The City of Highland has requested that we hold a joint council
meeting to discuss common issues between our two cities. The date
of Wednesday, December 15, 1993, at 6:00 p.m. , has been suggested.
As in past years, the meeting would be a dinner meeting and will be
held at the Mediterranean Restaurant.
I intend to ask the Council's concurrence for adjournment of the
December 6, 1993 meeting to December 15, 1993.
