1. Announcements by the Mayor and Council.
2 . PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: A five-minute
limitation shall apply to each member of the public who
wishes to address the Mayor and Common Council on a matter
not on the agenda. No member of the public shall be
permitted to "share" his/her five minutes with any other
member of the public. (Usually, any items received under
this heading are referred to staff for further study,
research, completion and/or future Council action. )
3 . Discussion with SCAG and SANBAG Representatives of Regional
Comprehensive Plan.

MOTION: That the meeting be adjourned. The next regular
Council meeting will be held at 8 : 00 a.m. , Monday,
December 20, 1993 , Council Chambers, City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
