Highland Ave. , Suite G and the lease agreement with Sterling Plaza Partners was approved by the Mayor and Council , Resolution 91-444. The lease agreement expired on October 31, 1993 and due to an oversight, was not renewed. The Police Department occupied the location during this time. Renewal of the lease is requested in order to maintain the San Bernardino Police Department's current operation. Sterling Plaza Partners have agreed to continue the lease for five years, from October 31, 1993 to October 31, 1998, at $1.00 per year under the same terms as the previous lease. 75-0264
