Description) Finance: Council Notes: Agenda Item No. IAJ CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT The Public Services Department has provided refuse collection services since 1961 for Patton State Hospital. Annually, the State of California requires execution of a Standard Agreement in order to continue providing service. The period of the contract is July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997. The amount payable under this contract shall not exceed $30,000.00 per year.
