"; BY UPDATING INFORMATION CODIFYING PRIOR COUNCIL ACTIONS (MID- MANAGEMENT UNIT) Synopsis of Previous Council Action: On May 20, 1996, the Mayor and Common Council approved a resolution implementing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of San Bernardino and employees in the Middle Management Unit represented by San Bernardino Public Employees' Association (SBPEA). Per Article III, Compensation, Section 1, Wages, a two-and-a-half percent (2-1/2%) salary increase is effective July 1, 1996, for all members of the unit. Per Article III, Compensation, Section 1, Wages, a two-and-a-half percent (2-1/2%) salary increase shall become effective July 1, 1996, for all members. The attached resolution implements the two-and-a-half percent (2-1/2%) increase approved by the Mayor and Common Council. attachment I
