Urgency Ordinance Amending Chapter 19.62 of the
Development Code pertaining to the Reuse of Nonconforming
Commercial and Industrial Structures
Recommended Motion: That the Mayor and Council initiate an
s 5 amendment to Development Code Chapter 19.62 regarding the legal
nonconforming status of structures or uses which have become vacant or
discontinued because of a Court order based upon public nuisance
abatement, drug abatement, or red-light abatement and regarding the
retrospective application of MC 957.
