r CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Tentative Parcel Map No. 14830 , located on the south side
of 6th Street, 660 feet west of Lankershim Street, was approved
by the Planning Commission on October 17 , 1995 . This map will
create 1 commercial parcel and a remainder parcel.
The final parcel map has been reviewed and found to be
substantially in accordance with the tentative map and the Sub-
division Map Act.
Plans for street frontage improvements have been prepared
and are ready for approval. The attached Parcel Map Improvement
Agreement will allow deferral of construction of these improve-
ments until time of development of each individual parcel and,
upon recording, will secure the improvements to be completed by
the subdividers or future owners, by inclusion of an Improvement
Certificate on the final parcel map.
We recommend that Final Parcel Map No. 14830 be approved.
URGENCY CLAUSE:
The applicant for Parcel Map No. 14830 has entered into an escrow
for this property, which will expire on 2-28-96 . Approval of the
final map at the Council meeting of 2-19-96 will be required to
avoid termination of the escrow.
