Common Council.
Dear Ms. Cordova:
This letter is to confirm my conversations with Mr. Joseph Lease,
yesterday February 15, 1996, and with you this morning regarding the
appeal mentioned above.
Because of the death of a member of our family and a dentist
appointment that was made months ago, I won't be able to attend the
meeting on February 19, 1996, and I respectfully ask for a continuance to
be heard on March 4, 1996, as per Mr. Joseph Lease.
