Description) Finance: Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No. CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Complaints were received by this Department, after inspection by a Vehicle Abatement Officer a legal ten (10) day notice was sent to the land owner and tenant by Certified Mail . Upon no response to the Abatement Orders, an Abatement Warrant was obtained, and the abandoned vehicles were abated by the City. Costs were incurred by the City for abatement and are being liened on the property. 75-0264
