STAFF REPORT
Attached are two signed originals of the amendment to the agreement
between the City and the San Bernardino Unified School District.
The Board of Education approved the agreement on November 29, 1995.
This amendment represents an increase in the charge to the City for
examination scoring services for the calendar year 1996. In the
original contract signed in 1985, the charge to the City for
scoring services was $0. 15 per sheet. The rate was increased to
$0.20 per sheet, effective January, 1992 .
The attached amendment is the fourth amendment to the current
contract and includes an increase of $0.05 per sheet; the cost to
the City now is $0.25 per sheet. Over the history of the City's
contract with the School District, this is the tenth amendment.
This amendment is effective for the period of January 1, 1996
through December 31, 1996.
