It is designed for the improvement of the roadway system and is reimbursement monies to the City for funds expended to complete roadway improvement projects that have been funded with the City' s own funds (local monies) . The amount of the reimbursement varies with the number of projects completed and eligible each year, but averages about 200 . The installation of traffic signals at Mill Street and Eucalyptus Avenue is an eligible project, - as it was funded with the local Traffic Systems Fee funds. A program supplement is needed to obligate State partnership funds and prepare for the release of funds to the City. The total estimated project cost is $79 , 769 . Program Supplement No. 10 will serve to obligate $8 , 455 for reimbursement to the City for our share of the project cost. This equates to 22 . 10 of the City' s share. We recommend that Program Supplement No. 10 be approved. 1-08-96
