CITY OF SAN BERI&RDINO REQUEST AR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Plans for rehabilitation of the pavement for the parking
lot, for the Palm Meadows Golf Course, have been prepared in
accordance with a letter from William L. Bopf, Executive Director
of IVDA, dated 1-11-96 , and the project is ready to be advertised
for bids. The project consists , in general , of creek sealing,
applying asphalt chip seal and striping of parking stalls.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:

Sub-Total $ 16 , 172
Contingencies (15%) ± 2 , 428
TOTAL ESTI14ATED PROJECT COST $ 18 , 600
All costs incurred for this project will be charged to
Account No. 242-362-5504-- , and billed to the IVDA. Funds
will be provided from the Palm Meadows Golf Course Enterprise
Fund.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
