The terms of the agreement were as follows: 1. Twelve months of base salary payable in twelve equal installments beginning LO January 15, 2016, and ending in December 2016. c°•, ti 2. Continuance of health insurance for twelve months from the resignation date. N T 3. Resignation date of December 31, 2015. The agreement was signed by Mr. Parker and the City on November 23, 2015. Bankruptcy/Strategic Planning Update--Management Partners Andy Belknap, Regional Vice President, Management Partners, Inc., stated that a revised d Plan of Adjustment and Disclosure Statement was filed with the court on November 25, 0 2015, which addressed certain objections to the plan that were filed by creditors. He said 0 it explained in more detail why the City's plan was feasible, how debts would be adjusted o in bankruptcy, and how the City would be solvent upon exit from bankruptcy. Mr. Belknap stated that objections to the plan were due on December 16, 2015, and a hearing r was scheduled on December 23, 2015.
